What is your favorite coin, and why? 

Dogecoin. It was the first crypto I mined myself, then lost my wallet info and missed out on a decent payout so it’s always bittersweet to think about. Always save your seed phrase! 

What excites you most about working in crypto? 

Learning more and more about the different use cases for crypto and blockchain technology in general. 

What is your favorite part about working for CoinFlip? 

The people, for sure. We span the spectrum from complete crypto newbies to blockchain experts. Getting to hear everyone’s different takes on the same topics is fascinating. 

What question do you get most often, and how do you answer it? 

“Did my transaction go through?” After reassuring our customer that it did, I get the opportunity to direct them to an online blockchain explorer, like blockchair.com, so they can track transactions themselves and get more comfortable with the blockchain.

What is your favorite coin, and why? 

I first learned about Bitcoin after reading about the pizza story years ago and since then I’ve been excited about the investment possibilities.  

What excites you most about working in crypto?  

The constant change. As the industry continues to be regulated, adapting to those changes can be exciting.  

What is your favorite part about working for CoinFlip? 

Working with my colleagues. There are so many hardworking and talented individuals who I have been privileged to learn from.  

What question do you get most often, and how do you answer it? 

“How do I get started?” Many of our customers are new to crypto and in many cases very frustrated over their experiences with other companies. I walk them through the entire purchase or sell process step by step and send them on their way after a successful transaction.

What is your favorite coin, and why? 

Bitcoin. Can’t beat the king.  

What excites you most about working in crypto? 

Learning more about the underlying technology. I find blockchains to be endlessly fascinating. A little over my head, but very fascinating.  

What is your favorite part about working for CoinFlip? 

I’ve been doing customer support for nearly 20 years. I dig having the opportunity to continue doing a job I love, while learning the ins and outs of a newish industry.  

What question do you get most often, and how do you answer it? 

"What is a crypto wallet?" Many of our customers aren't crypto experts. I'm new to crypto myself! One of the bonuses of doing this job is continuously learning new things and passing that knowledge onto our customers.
