Michelle joined CoinFlip in 2021 as an Executive Assistant, where she quickly distinguished herself through her organization, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Her passion for storytelling and connecting with people led her to transition into the Communications team, where she began as a PR Coordinator. In that role, Michelle helped shape CoinFlip’s public presence, working closely with media outlets, drafting press releases, and supporting high-impact campaigns that positioned the company as a leader in the crypto space.

Her dedication and strategic insight earned her a promotion to Senior PR Coordinator, where she expanded her focus to include media relations, brand voice, and executive communications. Today, Michelle serves as the company’s Internal Communications Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in keeping CoinFlip’s growing team connected and informed. From launching internal newsletters to crafting leadership messaging and organizing employee engagement initiatives, Michelle ensures transparency and alignment across the organization.

Outside of work, Michelle is an avid traveler with a love for exploring new cultures and cuisines. She’s also a huge fan of live music and never misses an opportunity to attend a concert—or binge the latest reality TV series.
