David Hill
David joined CoinFlip in July 2020 and has consistently shown his dedication through tackling complex, high-impact projects. Among his achievements, David spearheaded the launch and integration of Salesforce as the Customer Experience team’s first CRM platform. Additionally, he broadened the team’s channel offerings to include social media support and established customer support teams in international markets such as Italy, Panama, and Brazil.
In his current role, David is responsible for overseeing CoinFlip’s Customer Experience strategy. He focuses on developing customer engagement strategies that drive revenue, enhance customer retention, and unify the customer experience across all of CoinFlip’s products and services, both in the U.S. and internationally.
